AUTHOR PROFILE

Author Bio

I’m a mother of four terrors between the ages of three and eight. In my spare time, the little I have, I write and take off into my own worlds.  As a child, I spent a lot of time in my own dream world. I even had an imaginary friend.  In primary school I would constantly make up stories, which got me into lots of trouble. My Mother said I always had an overactive imagination.
I started writing down my story ideas in high school, and never really stopped.  Writing, I have to say, is my salvation.   After I've gotten all the kids in bed and have cleaned up, I sit at my computer or sometimes a notebook with a pencil and relax, write, and escape.  I decided to finally submit my work after a friend said I should stop being a coward and submit something, live the dream. So here I am.
I am a member romance writers of Australia, romance novel center.
I love to hear from any of my readers, so feel free to send me an email and like me on Facebook.

Armageddon Mates Series

KANE'S MATE
#Book 1 in Armageddon mates

 Blurb:
Faith's life has always balanced in two worlds—the normal human world and the supernatural. Now she has to choose between the two.
Faith York is human, but she has psychic powers, which is a little odd since neither of her parents have paranormal abilities. Thankfully, the werewolf family who lived around the corner help her learn to control her powers. She instantly fell in love with the entire family, but especially Kane, the oldest son who is next in line to be Alpha. Unfortunately, Kane doesn't see Faith the same way she sees him. Heartbroken, she leaves town.

When Faith returns from two years overseas, her parents throw her a welcome home party. Faith is shocked when Kane kidnaps her from the party and mate marks her. Now she struggles with the choice of whether to leave again and live a normal life—a life she yearns for—or stay with the man she's always dreamed of and live a supernatural life.

To complicate matters further, her psychic powers intensify and she begins to have visions of an upcoming demon Armageddon. Then she learns she was switched at birth, and she has a half-brother…who is half demon.

Faith must be stronger than she ever believed possible, and maybe in the process, she can trust herself to give Kane another chance.

Excerpt:
It's so nice to be home, Faith thought. Her parents were throwing her a welcome home party, and she couldn't wait to see her second family. She had missed Jamie and his family so much. Faith's parents had picked her up from the airport yesterday, and she'd spent a relaxing afternoon with them. But tonight she hoped everyone she loved would be there, bar one. She couldn't see him, not yet, she needed time to settle, build up her walls against him. Faith shook her head and finished getting ready for her party.

Two hours later, the party had started and Faith was chatting to all her friends, but she couldn't stay focused on the conversation around her, because she was eagerly awaiting some of the most important people in her life. Her werewolf family was late, and she was starting to get upset.

She had been away for two years with only phone contact with the Wolfens. She never missed speaking to at least one of them every night. They were the reason she had come home, and why she'd left in the first place. It's not that she wasn't grateful to them, especially as they'd helped her learn to control her psychic gifts, but they always seemed to take over and overprotect her. She sighed and gave herself a little shake, hoping it would get her back into the conversation around her.

When Faith finally felt her wolf family arrive, she smiled, excused herself from the friends she was talking to, and ran outside to greet them. Faith kissed all the werewolves, and when she reached Jamie she jumped on him, kissing his cheek. "I missed my best friend so much," Faith told him.

Jamie chuckled. "We talked almost every day."

"I missed your hugs, and I miss your stupid jokes, they don't have the same effect over the phone." Faith kissed both of his cheeks.

She looked up and saw Kane first before she felt him. He was special. Faith loved her werewolf family, but the love she had for Kane was different, more intense, sexual, a love she felt to the bottom of her soul. The problem was, he didn't want her.

Faith looked over Jamie's shoulder, trying for a casual, "Hi, Kane."

She turned her head back to Jamie before she did something stupid like jump on Kane and kiss him to show him how much she loved him and didn't want to live without him anymore.

Without thinking of the consequences, she kissed Jamie on the mouth, trying not to put all her regret and self-hatred at loving Kane into it. Jamie seemed startled at first, but then he grabbed her arse to hold her closer to him, and he really got into it.

Faith wished she loved Jamie the way she loved Kane. God, she wished she felt something from this kiss. Nothing…she felt nothing for Jamie beyond friendship.

She sighed in thanks when her mother called her inside as she had an overseas caller. Faith walked into the house, not daring to look back at the group, knowing if she did she would have to acknowledge what was going on.

* * * *

Kane got out of his car and froze as chocolate and vanilla assaulted his senses. He looked for the source, terrified because he knew who it would be. His gaze fell on an absolutely gorgeous, grown-up Faith, and his wolf stood at attention for the first time in more than four years. It growled in his head mate, take, mate.

Kane stared at Faith as she greeted his family. When she came to Jamie she jumped on him, kissing his cheek. Kane fought with his wolf as he waited patiently for Faith to acknowledge him. All she did was look at him with a blank expression and say "hi" then turn her head to kiss Jamie on the mouth.

Kane snapped. He growled and lunged for Jamie only to be held back by his brothers, Rane and Arden. "Mine," he snarled as he struggled to free himself.

He knew he wasn't being rational. Jamie was his brother and Faith's best friend, but it seemed his wolf, and deep down he admitted to himself, he didn't care. The kiss ended when Faith was called inside. She excused herself and left without even looking back.

Jamie turned to him, and his face paled and his eyes widened as the realization seemed to sink in. Jamie screamed, "No, no, no, you can't have her. She can't be your true mate."

Kane surged forward again, and this time he found himself free. He got up in Jamie's face, making sure his alpha wolf showed, and bellowed, "Mine. Don't touch her again. Next time I will kill you, brother or not."

Rane's Mate
#Book 2 Armageddon Mates

Blurb:

If you could help save the world, would you?

That’s the choice offered to shy animal empath Kirby Brown by her new friend Faith.

Faith is mated to one of a warrior race of werewolves, the only beings who can save the world from merciless demons, and she believes Kirby's abilities can help them in their battle.

Intrigued by the strange new world, Kirby is tempted to assist them—especially when she's drawn to the compelling and sexy Rane Wolfen.

Immediately upon meeting Kirby, Rane knows she's his mate. Fearing for her safety, he forbids her from using her talents in the brutal battle that is to come.

Kirby worries that she's finally escaped her overprotective brothers only to find herself involved with an equally dominating man.

Can Kirby and Rane overcome their differences and work together to help save the world? And can Rane convince Kirby that they are indeed destined to be mates?

Excerpt:
Kirby was surrounded by wolves. They were everywhere in this town. Maybe she had finally gone crazy. Werewolves didn't exist. They were make believe, made up things that were only found in scary movies. She'd had this feeling before but had ignored it, because it was only a person here or there. This time was bad. Kirby had an affinity for animals, she could kind of talk to them, and feel them. This feeling, however, was different.

Kirby opened her car door again, then shut it. She'd feel bad if she left though, because she'd be bailing on Faith's birthday weekend, and Kirby was so looking forward to going to the big day out. Being independent and discovering new things on her own was one of the reasons she'd moved away from her overbearing, overprotective family. Kirby sighed. Her brothers were not there to save her or protect her in the event the wolves weren't so friendly.

The front door burst open, and Faith pushed past the hottest man Kirby had ever seen in her life. He was probably Faith's husband. He was gorgeous—short, wavy brown hair, six three, maybe six four, and all muscle. As he got closer to the car she could see his eyes were an electric blue, and he had a sharp nose that hovered over his lips. Kirby gulped and squeezed her legs shut. She could feel he was a werewolf, an alpha wolf, and he was looking at her like prey.

Kirby locked the doors. Faith's eyebrows drew together and her mouth turned down in a frown as she turned to the gorgeous werewolf and punched him in the chest, yelling something at him. Then she shook the hand she had used to hit the werewolf. Another taller werewolf came out and grabbed the first one. This one was beautiful too, but not the same as the other. The second werewolf came over and kissed Faith's hand, then went to the first werewolf, pulling him back a couple of steps.

Faith came over to the car. Kirby slowly unlocked the door and opened it.

"Kirby, what's wrong? Rane didn't mean to scare you. He's really a big softy."

Kirby looked all around her before she whispered, "I'm going crazy. I've never had it this strong before." Looking up, straight into Faith's eyes, she continued. "We're surrounded by werewolves, they're everywhere in this town." She was so freaked out she yelled the last part.

Faith winced, muttering under her breath. "It's this pregnancy that's making me miss stuff. I'm an idiot." Faith took Kirby's hands in hers, looked her in the eyes, and spoke clearly this time. "You're an animal element or sensory, and I'm an idiot. I'm so sorry. I'm usually better at picking up these things, but I swear this pregnancy is putting me off. Kirby, I'm psychic, and a bunch of other things, but we'll keep to that one for now. No, you're not crazy, we are surrounded by werewolves, but they're good. They would never hurt you, and I'm not just saying that because I live with and mated one…well, us humans call it married. If you don't believe me, check for yourself. Tell me, what do you feel?"

Kirby took a step out of the car, closed her eyes, and tried to feel. She knew there were two werewolves near the house, but she felt no malice, or any desire to do her any harm. Kirby could feel two more in wolf form in the bushes, not far away, close enough that she tried to communicate with them. They didn't respond to her mind contact, though she did feel confusion from them and curiosity. Kirby did feel happy thoughts that she was there. Opening her eyes, she took another small step.

"Look, would it help if you saw one, got to touch a wolf? I promise you they won't hurt you." Nodding hesitantly, Faith yelled, "Blake, come here to us, slowly."

A beautiful, large black wolf with gray eyes ran out of the woods. He slowed a couple of feet away from them.

Faith walked up to him and looked over at Kirby as she said, "Okay, you're going to hear some growling, but just
ignore it. I do. It won't be from Blake here."

Kirby placed her hand on Blake's furred covered body, running it up and down.

Faith smiled. "See, he won't hurt you."

Kirby leaned down to get a better look. "He is beautiful."

Blake licked her face and she laughed. There was a vicious growl from behind her, which made Blake take a step back from her.

Kirby noticed that Faith frowned and shook her head and then looked at Kirby. "You ready to go inside now? Because my brother Bengie can only entertain Remy and Sara for so long."

Kirby nodded. "Yes, I'm fine now. Can Blake come inside? He'll keep me calm."

A wicked smile spread across Faith's face. "Don't worry, Kirby. Blake would love to play doggy, wouldn't you, Blake?"

Kirby kept her fingers in Blake's fur as they walked toward the house. Blake whined slightly, but followed her. The growling behind her continued, and curiosity got the better of her and she looked over her shoulder to see where it was coming from.

Sin City Shifters Series

Sasha's Lion
 Sin City Shifters, 1

 Blurb:

When shy eighteen-year-old Sasha Brento moves to America for her final year of high school, her innocence is blown out of the water when she learns shifters are real.

Not only are they real, but a lion shifter named Savron wants to claim her as his mate. The determined shifter is ten years her senior, and Sasha knows nothing about the mating bond. Her life quickly becomes filled with drama as she begins to question everything she's ever known.

Can Sasha and Savron overcome their fears and make their relationship work?

Excerpt:
Savron lay on the bed in only black boxers with his hands behind his head staring at the door she’d come from. “Feel better?” His relaxed state eased her discomfort.

“Yes, much better. Thanks again.”

He shrugged. “Put your clothes on the dresser behind you.”

She clutched the clothes to her chest. “I’ll put them next to where I’m sleeping. Where am I sleeping?

“Here.”

“Oh, where are you sleeping?”

He got up in one quick fast movement, took the clothes from her, placed them on the dresser and pulled her to the bed. “Here, with you.”

Sasha squealed as they fell on the bed, and the shirt hiked up revealing she had nothing on underneath. Sasha pushed against his chest to move from underneath him and get up, but she paused staring up at him as a drawn-out moan left his lips and his hands slid up her thighs and rested on her bare arse.

“You have nothing on underneath.” His hands moved around, and she stared up into his flashing yellow eyes scared of what he’d do.

“I don’t do that. Argh, I mean I haven’t done really anything.” Shit! She was doing this wrong, and the feel of him touching her was getting to her, making her body burn with need. “Um, I’m saving ‘it’ for the person I intend to marry.”

His hands didn’t stop. She bit her cheek as a groan slipped past her lips, and his fingers brushed over her heated core. “I’m a virgin. I want my first time to be something I won’t regret. I want—”

His mouth captured hers, and what she intended to say got lost. A finger probed her vagina, and his tongue sought her own. Her hands that hadn’t moved from his solid chest came up to grip his shoulder as she felt a second finger added and then pumped in and out of her pussy. His mouth left hers, and she panted for breath and knew that if he kept up this onslaught she’d come soon.

“I’ll make it good.” He kissed her neck. “I’ll make it special.” His teeth grazed her skin. “I’ll be your only. This I can promise you.” His teeth sank into her shoulder, and she screamed as she came hard. Waves of bliss washed over her.

Sasha could feel Savron lapping at her shoulder. She could feel his rock hard erection pressed to her thigh. He stopped licking where he’d bitten her and trailed back up her neck, giving feather light kisses. He paused at her lips and brushed his over hers. Savron then eased off her and lay flat on his back next to her. Savron brought her close, tucking her into his side. She stared up at him as he brought his cum-coated fingers to his mouth and sucked them clean.

“Mmm, you taste better than you smell, gorgeous.” He leaned down and brushed a kiss on her forehead and eased her so she was half on top of him. He sighed and stroked her hair. “Go to sleep now, Sasha.”

Will Jezebel be able to accept everything that comes with being a shifter’s mate? Or will the truth be too much, sending her running back to the familiar, safe harbor of the human world?

Excerpt:
Eager to be with his mate, he let his lion out just enough that his senses picked up more smells in the hopes he might find hers. “Where are you? I’ll come to you.”

He heard her laugh. “We just walked into the Siren lingerie store.”

Brandon knew where that was. He wasn’t far. He practically ran to the shop.

“Poor Travis is blushing so much we may get asked to leave.” Jezebel giggled.

“I’ll be there in a moment.” He hung up before he broke the phone from the deadly grip he had on it.

The shop came into sight, and he pushed through the mass of people and charged into the shop. The sales assistant’s eyes lit up at the sight of him. “Can I help you?” Her gaze devoured him.

Brandon ignored the sales assistant for a moment and searched for Jezebel. He moved further into the store and spotted Travis standing nervously near a changing room. His lion roared in his head. The smell of their mate was very faint. He prowled toward Travis. If he’d seen Jezebel in anything he’d tear him to shreds.

The sales assistant came and stood in front of him. “Sir, you can’t go back there. Can I help you?”

Brandon narrowed his eyes on the woman and knew they would be flashing from green to gold. “Yes, I can go back there. My mate … girlfriend is back there.” He picked the woman up and moved her out of his way.

Travis’s eyes widened when he saw him, and he opened his mouth to say something but shut it when Brandon walked straight into the changing room he knew Jezebel was in. Jezebel stood in a sexy little red lacy number. She didn’t smell right. He gathered her to him, not caring where they were, and breathed her in. Jezebel reeked of Travis.

“Brandon, get out and let me get changed. You could have waited for me outside. You didn’t have to come in here.”

“You don’t smell like me. What has Travis done to you?” His voice sounded gravelly and animal-like even to him.

“Ma’am, are you okay in there? Sir, you have to come out.” The sales assistant’s voice had him battling for control.

Moving so he caged Jezebel in and he could rub his scent on her he whispered in Jezebel’s ear. “Tell her you’re fine and we’ll be out in a moment.”

Jezebel stared up into his agonized face as he fought for control with his lion, trying to keep from taking Jezebel here in the change rooms to enforce his scent and who she belonged to. “Thanks for checking, but I’m fine. We’ll be out in a moment.”

“Okay. I’ll be back in a minute to check on you.” He heard the sales assistant walk away.

“Kiss me.” He leaned down. Brandon didn’t trust himself kissing her. “Touch me. Tell me you’re mine.”

He homed in on her lip as she chewed on her bottom one. Slowly Jezebel tilted her head up and brushed her lips over his. Once her mouth touched his he captured her body closer against his and took possession. He rubbed his body all over hers letting his scent sink in.

“Brandon, I’d finish up if I were you. Mac is charming, but he can’t distract all the sales assistants. The store also has other customers.”

His sister’s voice had him pulling away from Jezebel reluctantly. “Later, we’ll finish this at home later, I promise.” He muttered against Jezebel’s lips. Jezebel nodded, and he eased away from her. “Get dressed. Pass me what you are getting.” He smiled when she didn’t protest and took off the garments she wore and handed him three others.

“I want those. Keep a hold of them so I can pay for them.” She put on a white bra and shoved her school uniform on.

Brandon eased out of the changing room with the garments Jezebel wanted as she did up her buttons. He knew in her school uniform if he stayed in there with her he wouldn’t be able to hold back. Jezebel looked so goddamn sexy.

Britney rolled her eyes as he came out. “You couldn’t wait for Mac and me? You’re lucky we were close behind you.”

Brandon walked by his sister and to the check out. “Where is he?”

Britney knew who he was talking about. “I told Travis if he wanted to live he’d better go. He gave me Jezebel’s bags and hightailed it out of here. He knows what we are. His sister is mated to one of us.”

He grunted at his sister. The sales assistant that had been talking to Mac came to the counter. “We’re taking these, and if you have any of this red one in other colors we’ll take one of each of those, too.” The woman called over a girl stocking the shelves and told her to grab the red one in blue, pink, green, and black in the same size. The sales woman put the garments through as Jezebel come out of the changing room. The other sales girl came rushing over with the extra ones he’d asked for and added them to the pile.

Jezebel came and stood next to him, and he gathered her to him so she stood in front of him and his scent surrounded her. Her uniform stank of Travis. He leaned down and nuzzled her neck.

Britney groaned behind him. “Great, another friend with my brother that I will have to see being mushy together.”

The sales woman told him the total, and he stopped Jezebel as she passed over a card. He gave the sales assistant his own.

“Brandon, you can’t pay for my underwear.”

“Yes, I can. And I just did. Anyway I bought some extra things for you. I liked you in the one I saw you in.”

Excerpt:

“You do realize you are starting to get pathetic. I don’t know why you think he is so out of your league. ” Alice put her hands up before Sabina could butt in. “I know there is a twelve-year age gap, and your father thinks the sun shines out of his arse because he is next best engineer other than him, but really I don’t see it. You’ve had a crush on him since you first met him. I think it’s odd that of all the places he could move to, he just happened to move so close to you and your dad. ”

Alice wiggled her eyebrows at Sabina as they sat down to rest on the sand by the stairs off the beach. “Sabina, you need to ask him out. What’s the worst that could happen? He says no, or you go on a date with him. If you don’t want to ask him out, you need to get over him. How about I set you up with one of Scott’s friends? ”

Sabina didn’t want to get over Shaun. She sighed as she watched as Shaun smiled, winked, and walked her way. “Oh no, he’s coming this way. What do I do? ” She searched frantically around for an exit that wouldn’t make it look like she was running, but behind her were stairs and the rock face up to higher land, and in front of her was the beach.

Alice gave her a wicked grin and patted her on the back. “Be yourself. I have to go. I’m going out for dinner tonight with my fiancé. You’ll be all right. ”

Sabina shook her head and gave Alice a pleading glance, silently begging her not to leave. The traitor nodded and walked away, which left her staring up into amused emerald green eyes.

“Do you have somewhere to be too? ”

Sabina shook her head, too scared to talk.

“Are you busy tonight? ”

Oh God, what was happening? Staring at Shaun, she knew this time she would have to answer.

“No. ”

Shaun raised his eyebrows at her and waited for her to continue.

“I’m at home tonight, every night actually. Tonight, though, I will soak in a bath and probably read some trashy romance novel while I imagine the hero is you. ” She groaned as she realized what she’d just told him.

He laughed. “You think of me, do you? ”

Sabina moaned and hid her face in her hands. Slowly, she peeked through her fingers to see him grinning down at her. “Please forget I said that. I’m so embarrassed. ”

He beamed down at her. “I won’t forget. It means I know I have a chance with you. ” He winked. “So you’re too busy to come to dinner with me tonight? Or do you want to stay and read your book? ”

Sabina gulped. “You want to go to dinner with me? Alone? ”

He chuckled. “Yes. How about I pick you up at seven thirty? ” He reached for her hand to help her stand.

“Yes, I would love to. ” She stumbled on the sand as Shaun pulled her up and fell against his chest. Oh God, his body was rock hard. What she wouldn’t give right now to reach out and touch him with other parts of her body. She felt her cheeks heat and she pulled away, closing her eyes in embarrassment that her sweat-coated body had touched his.

“Whoa there. Honey, you okay?
