Book 1: Rock Notes
Madison
Tierney's a writer, whose husband, Thomas suddenly left her after 10
years; she is destroyed and now recently alone and divorced. She picks
herself up slowly trying to restore her lost confidence and ability to
love again. She follows her writing passion and ventures to follow a
local band - Rolling Isaac's and write about them, raw and real and how
they follow their dreams. Her book is titled ROCK NOTES. Her ex-husband
wants to come back, and she is torn with what she had for ten years with
him which was safe, comforting and a committed relationship. And now
she is falling hard for the band singer - Max Rand (Madison calls him
Rand), who is several years younger than her and every moment with him
is intense and unpredictable. Rand has tragically lost love in his life.
He has no love left to give. He fills his time with many groupies and
late nights. The story travels you to various concert venues, from a
sexy piercing party to a New Years rocking eve. There are many
interruptions and assumptions for this couple along their journey. While
Madison is writing ROCK NOTES, somewhere along the way she begins to
write LOVE NOTES, which are personal secret love letters for Rand. Also
Rand is always writing music with the hope of creating his first solo
album. Both Madison and Rand appear to be able to write their feelings
on paper effortlessly but have a hard time conveying them to one
another. This story is about being so broken inside from having your
heart ripped apart, to attempting to rebuild trust, follow your dreams
and hopefully find love. Will there be a new beginning for Madison and
Rand? Or will the passion that ignites between them fade after the
concert lights dim?
Book 2: Love Notes
Synopsis
Rand:
As our bodies joined as one, I felt more in that one moment than I have ever felt with anyone. I never wanted to leave your arms, your body, and our connection. I believe that you complete me, you were made for me. I struggled to keep my feelings at bay and not let you know but I am too emotionally involved with you and to know now that you are with me is beyond belief.
Where we head from here together has unlimited paths. I know I will always have this need now to have you fulfill me as I know you can. I see you and just a glance across the room to you makes me want to have us running to the bedroom. Silently I ponder how to relay to you just how much Love I contain for you. Some days I feel like my heart is about to burst.
Maddy xo
Madison and Rand’s love story continues as they move their relationship to a more passionate, intimate level…but again they are thrown some challenges. Will Madison and Rand be together and move forward or…backward? Read what comes their way to cause doubt in their minds. Just when everything is going fine, sometimes accidents occur.
Rand:
Oh, God, something horrible has happened. I only remember parts of it and they seem like snapshots that were taken so quickly…I need to feel you near me. I need to reach out and touch you and let you know I love you. Rand, I never felt so in love as I do when I am with you.
Maddy xo
“What the hell are you talking about Madison? You have me at a complete loss here?” Rand
Madison must fully trust Rand to commit herself to him forever in marriage. Rand must make her see and feel what she truly means to him. This story will pull at your heart and make you tear as you turn the pages that may finally reveal Madison’s handwritten LOVE NOTES.
Will they get their Happily Ever After?

What inspired you to write your first book? I was asked to put together a collection of my poems and short stories to share with others.
Do you have a specific writing style? I don’t think I do maybe hectic as I write in all different stories as they come to me.
How did you come up with the title? The Heartbeat Series I had the titles long before the storylines... I just saw them in my head.
Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp? Yes, that no matter how you think your life and heart has come apart through a loss or tragic occurrence you can pick up the pieces and make it much better than you ever thought possible. Not all love stories are - Happily Ever After, but many are of love stories that the couple never saw coming and they are - The Happy They Found Each Other.
How much of the book is realistic? Funny you should ask this, I tend to think my characters are very real. I do put a lot of myself into my books. I would definitely say there is plenty areas that are real.
Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life? Well in a way I draw inspiration from my own interactions with others and I know several musicians and I drew parts of them specifically for this series.
What books have most influenced your life most? So Many....But Mitch Albom, Five People You Meet in Heaven had me thinking about it for weeks after I was done reading.as to whom I will meet one day in the heaven’s above.
If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor? Well when starting out this series I was in search of some direction. Kallypso Masters showed me that to me and she took me under her wing and guided me along. I am so thankful to her for that. Also Shoshanna Evers has also reached out to me and given me some very smart advice and insight and avenues to assist me.
What book are you reading now? Actually although I have many books to read and I will as I read often...all I have been reading thus far are edits of my next series.
Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest? First there is Kallypso Masters, and some others recently are A. L. Wood and Elle Chardou, and D.T. Dyllin.
What are your current projects? Three more books in the Heartbeat Series, The Crossing Series, and then the Lovesick Trilogy and then I have several stand alone novels coming.
Name one entity that you feel supported you outside of family members. Meredith Bowery my editor as she has pushed me to be a better writer.
Do you see writing as a career? I hope so... I have so much more to tell.
If you had to do it all over again, would you change anything in your latest book? I don’t think I would. You have to put it down and state it finished and move on or you will constantly change some scenario.
Do you recall how your interest in writing originated? Loved to doodle and then doodles became mazes on the paper and then mazes turned into poems and then poems grew to storylines.
Can you share a little of your current work with us? Oh I would love too. I am still diving in to the Heartbeat Series. The first three books are out and available, Rock Notes, Love Notes and Music Notes which are the core of the story. I am finishing three more sequels to this storyline. Also I veered off to another series The Crossing Series, which is three books of a time travel romance, of endearing and everlasting love.
Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing? Yes, clipping my sentence structure, I am long winded.
Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work? As a true romantic I have to give this to Nickolas Sparks who has me with a box of tissues with each book. Then his books turn into movies and again I am grabbing the box of tissues.
Do you have to travel much concerning your book(s)? Sometimes to get the area or location that I want to picture in the readers minds when they read.
Who designed the covers? Selfpub Book Covers in New York they do all my covers.
What was the hardest part of writing your book? Putting it out for the public to review.
Do you have any advice for other writers? Patience, and it is a learning adventure from concept to final print.

Final Thoughts? I always say we are all blessed with opportunities in our mind and individual talents that are endless. As I have taken mine mostly to the writing field. I believe many story lines are close to real instances for me and this has left me excited for what more real possibilities lie ahead for me.
