This is the first book I've read by the author and I enjoyed her writing immensely.
I really enjoyed the book but having said that the story line left me slightly confused and wanting more but that's where the book ended!!!
The story revolves around Calum Alexander who is all of a sudden single after his fiance ended their engagement. His orderly life came to an abrupt end when his brother Luke talks him into a night out on the town. He meets Liv, a woman 12 years his junior who leaves him feeling things he hasn't felt in a long time and above all else out of control!!
But Liv refuses to be the rebound girl for Calum.
And thats when all the fun begins!!!
The chemistry between them is something else, i cant think of just word to describe it!! Its sizzling h.o.t and all consuming at times and I can imagine how much patience and determination it takes for them both to keep it under control!!!
I like that that Liv and Calum got to know each other on other levels other then then physical. I liked that they could talk to one another about non personal things and then more personal things!!! One particular conversation still makes me laugh!!!
I definitly want to see where this amazing connection between Liv and Calum goes so I'll definitely be looking out for the next book.
**** out of 5 stars for a gripping in your face book with the ending you just weren't expecting!!
