About Sea Dragon:

1-SeaDrgn-400x600

A blind dragon who just wants to be left alone…

Sir Hrardorr was once the mightiest of fighters. Now he’s blind and useless. His knight is dead and he can’t even go into proper mourning because he needs help just to get around. Part sea dragon, he decides to go to the Southern Lair to rusticate by the coast. He can fly out over the open water and dive into the sea, where he still has at least some ability to hunt on his own. He doesn’t expect to meet a human woman out on the water, fishing in her small sailboat, but he does, and unexpectedly, they become friends.

A young man who gave up the sword to help the Lair’s healer…

Seth grew up in the Lair and has long had a crush on the most beautiful girl in the town, Livia. But she is the famous sea captain’s daughter, and far, far above him. It’d be one thing if he was a knight or at least a candidate to be one, but Seth gave up all dreams of knighthood when he chose to apprentice himself to the Lair’s elderly healer—the closest thing to a grandmother he’d ever had. His gentle heart has changed the course of his entire life and he’s not sure it’s for the better, but he sees no other option.

A newly made knight who doesn’t know how to be one…

Sir Gowan is a warrior. He was a teacher of fighting when he caught the dragoness’s eye and she chose him as her new knight. Genlitha is a stubborn female and though Gowan tried to refuse, he found he could not turn down the magnificent dragoness, even though he knows nothing about being a knight. They have come to the Southern Lair so Genlitha can teach young fliers how to best navigate the tricky winds off the ocean, and to gain time for Gowan to learn how to be her proper partner.

Three humans. Two dragons. Attraction that cannot be denied…

Both Seth and Gowan are drawn to the lovely Livia, and Genlitha finds the attraction she had for Hrardorr when they were still both dragonets has only grown stronger over the years, but there are obstacles. Hrardorr has sworn to never choose another knight. Seth has sworn to be a healer, even though it’s not his true calling. Gowan is just trying to figure out how to survive in this new world of knights and dragons.

And then they are attacked from the sea by a mighty fleet with dragon-killing weapons, and the town and Lair find themselves totally unprepared to fight. It will be up to the five of them to save the town…if they can. It seems impossible, but they have to at least try.

Exclusive Excerpt:

Livia hadn’t been tempted that many times, and really, no man in recent years had caught her eye enough to make her want to take that step again…until now. Until Gowan.
Sure, there was one shy boy from the Lair whom she’d fancied as a younger girl, but he’d never expressed any real interest. If he had, she’d have been all over him in a flash. She’d daydreamed about him in her youth and still sighed wistfully when she happened to see him in town on rare occasions, but she’d given up on him. She had to be practical, like Granny Lynn had taught her. That boy was probably not attracted to her, otherwise, he would’ve done something long before now. Sir Gowan was here, now. He was real, and it was pretty clear that he was interested.
And she was interested too. So much so that she was contemplating acting somewhat rashly. It had just been so darn long since a man had turned her eye this way. So long since she’d been held in a strong man’s arms… So long since she’d had any affection in her life—fleeting or otherwise.
Gowan was sitting there, next to her, on the blanket, the dragon fast asleep, her head stretched out on the grass, facing away from them, as if uninterested in the doings of the humans. And Gowan sat there looking so handsome and strong. Livia couldn’t help herself…
She leaned across the space separating them and kissed him.
Oh, yes. His kiss was all she was hoping it would be. She’d surprised him at first, but he soon took charge, wrapping his muscular arms around her gently, tangling his tongue with hers.
He tasted of the fruity wine he’d served with dinner, along with his own unique flavor that made her want more. So much more. The feel of his arms around her sent flames licking down to her core, igniting a fire that she hadn’t quite expected, but welcomed nonetheless.
Never had a simple kiss made her feel so aroused. Not this fast. Not this hot. As it was, she felt like she would burst into flames if he didn’t move faster, deepen the kiss, claim other bits of her body that were oh-so-ready to be claimed.

Title: Until Now

Series: Not Yet #2

Author: Laura Ward

Release Date: May 23, 2016

Focus.

Dean Goldsmith is Indiana University’s star quarterback, and his dreams are about to come true. His undefeated season means he has a legitimate shot at the NFL. If he stays focused. Football comes first.

College senior, Grace Yeates, is determined to defy the odds. She is months away from graduating with a business degree, something no one thought she would be able to pull off. All she has to do is focus on her number one priority. Family comes first.

Distraction.
Dean has no time for distractions, but when a gorgeous, snarky, redheaded waitress refuses to tell him her name, he can’t seem to focus on anything else.

Grace knows she can’t let herself get caught up in a guy, particularly a man-whore like Dean, no matter how charming or sexy. She has two hearts to look out for now and no room for a Dean-sized distraction.

Complications.

Everyone in Dean’s life agrees that Grace is the kind of complication his career doesn’t need.

Grace knows that Dean is the kind of risk her heart shouldn’t want.

But what if the last person you think you need, the one you shouldn’t want, becomes the one you can’t live without? Can their biggest distraction actually be the focus they were missing all along?

My heart hammered in my chest. “Why do you ask me my favorites all the time?”

Dean grinned and then bent to kiss my lips. “I’ve never wanted to get to know a girl. I want to know every part of you and every favorite you have. Everything that makes you happy so that I can be the person who never lets you down and always brings you your favorites.”

Oh my.

“Well, I want to know your favorites too. Let me think…” I tapped my finger on my chin. “Where’s your favorite place for me to kiss you?” As soon as the question escaped from my mouth, the meaning hit my brain. Dean had a wicked gleam in his eyes, and I hid my face in his chest. “Oh, Lord. Did I just ask that?”

His chuckle rumbled beneath me. “You did. And I love your dirty little mind, Red. If I’m being honest, I can’t answer that. Cause you haven’t kissed me everywhere… yet.”

Mortified. I was absolutely mortified. I had a choice. I could be shy and feel awkward, or I could own it.

Two seconds later I decided. I was owning it.

I raised my head and pressed a kiss on his chest. Then I lifted onto my elbows and shimmied a bit down his body.

“Let’s rectify that, shall we?”

Not Yet (#1) – Released July 28, 2014

Emma Harris is learning that life is just a series of lessons.

Lesson #1: Nothing goes the way you plan.

Lesson #2: You can’t trust men. Especially not the pretty ones.

Lesson #3: Turns out, appearances are almost always deceiving.

Emma thinks she has life all figured out, and what she knows isn’t good. For years, she’s put her big sister, who was born with Down syndrome, first. Now Emma’s ready to start her own life, but fate has other plans. To do the right thing for the sister she loves, Emma’s dreams will just have to wait.

She doesn’t plan on meeting Landon — a rich, flirtatious jock, who never has to wait for anything. Not for attention, not for money, and certainly not for girls. Meeting Emma marks the first time in his life that he’s had to fight for something. And Landon doesn't know how to lose.

Emma has no interest in wasting her summer with a superficial guy like Landon. But very soon she realizes she is wrong about him. The question is, can she trust him? Or will he let her down like every other guy in her life? But most importantly, can Emma trust herself enough to live the life she's always dreamed of?

Life has a way of sneaking in the most important lessons when you aren't looking. And once the heart gets involved, that's when the real learning begins.

NEW RELEASE

Honor Me, Men of Inked Book 6, by Chelle Bliss

City & Suzy are back!

I had everything I ever wanted—a wife, a kid, with two more on the way. I was living the American dream. After the babies were born,we hit a rough patch. I did everything to prove my love, to show Suzy that nothing was more important than her. After some work and alot of time, we found our groove again. Just when life had evened out, a familiar enemy came back to haunt us. It wasn’t my past that followed us, but my brother’s. When the danger gets too close, I’ll do anything to defend my family. There’s nothing more important than the people I love, and I’ll protect what’s mine—even if it costs me my life.

Excerpt

Suzy glared at me. Whats this we shit? I'm the one with two aliens inside of me, trying to claw their way out of my body. I'm the only one pushing them out of my tiny vagina. Not you. Not her. Me!" She waved her hands frantically in the air. I'm the one doing everything while you sit there calm, sexy, and without your body splitting in two. I'm going to be the one tearing wide open as I push two humans and their giant Gallo heads out of my body. She collapsed, gasping for air, and closed her eyes.

I bit my lip. Pregnant Suzy was unpredictable, but in-labor Suzy was just downright scary. I know, sugar. You're doing all the hard work. I'm just here to cheer you on and support you.

Her nostrils flared and her eyes grew wide when she glanced up.Support me? If you want to support me, you'll never knock me up again. You want to cheer me on?She rolled her eyes and made a noise low in her throat. Stop fucking talking.

I braced myself, waiting for her head to do a 360. I brought my mouth right next to her ear. "My sweet little wife, you beg for my cock every day. It takes two to tango, sweetheart. I didn't put you in that bed". I lowered my voice further, whispering, "Your sweet little cunt did."

She closed her eyes again and moaned. "You're just too damn good. I can't keep my hands to myself. It's still your fault, my dear husband."

I couldn't hold it in any longer. I burst into laughter. "Now, I fuck you too good?"

"Yes!"she screeched, pounding her fist on the crappy, plastic hospital bed. "If you weren't so good at it, I wouldn't be lying here right now."

Just as I was about to reply, the nurse walked in. "I hear someone is ready to push." Her voice was so chipper, kind of like my wife&s used to sound like before pregnancy. "Are we excited?" she asked, moving a tray of instruments next to the foot of the bed.

"I just want this over. I'm so freaking uncomfortable."

"That makes two of us," I muttered and nodded at the nurse with a fake smile on my face before leaning over and kissing Suzy's forehead. "Ready, sugar?"

Title: I’ll Be the One

Author: Hazel James

Genre: Coming of Age/New Adult Romance

Release Date: May 17, 2016

For better or for worse, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall graduate.

Rachel Wheaton
The senior Economics project is supposed to teach us about real life. Budgeting. Social classes. Careers. I was supposed to plan it all out with my school husband. I didn't plan on actually falling in love with him, too.

But sometimes real life doesn't go according to plans. Sometimes you have to make hard decisions and sacrifices for the person you love. That's what marriage is about, right?

James Tennyson
I've always known things before they happen. Nothing major, like lottery numbers, but it's been pretty useful for things like playing football and dodging clingy girls. I've never been able to see my future. I didn't think much about it, to be honest.

Until second period, when she walked through the door.

Falling in love with her unlocked something inside me. Those little things I know? Now they're big things. Life-saving things. So who do I save? And at what cost? I made a vow to her.

For better or for worse, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall graduate live.

I start thinking about this dreaded project, but it becomes less of an issue when I realize it’s getting harder to breathe. A loud ringing overtakes my ears while my brain and heart disagree over how fast it should beat. I have no idea what this means. Maybe it’s a natural disaster? I’ve never predicted anything that big before. Do they even have earthquakes in North Carolina? Tsunamis? Stampedes? I look outside and see blue skies. Is there about to be an airplane crash? Train crash? A code blue? I should’ve paid better attention in geography or that CPR class.

My heart’s beating faster and faster, and I wipe my palms against my jeans. I don’t know if I should hide under my desk or try to find a bathroom. I look around; everyone else is passing in their homework as if the new kid isn’t getting ready to keel over and die.

Oh, my God. It’s the apocalypse. That’s gotta be it. The world is going to end, and I’m the only one who knows it. And here I thought it was going to be a good day. Now I wish I would have gone all the way with Brittney. To die a virgin when the opportunity had once presented itself seems like such a waste. I start counting my heartbeats and try to calm the fuck down so I can figure out how to tell everyone else that Jesus or zombies are on the way.

Then the classroom door opens, and I stop breathing.

A girl with long, blond hair walks in and hands a late slip to Mrs. Mason. “Welcome back, Rachel. How was Cozumel?”

“It was great! We got back late last night. My favorite part was the Chichen Itza tour. Who knew a bunch of old stuff could be so cool? Just don’t let Mr. Allen know I said that. He’ll probably make me write a report on it.”

“I’m glad you enjoyed it, and your secret’s safe with me. Turn in your holiday homework and take your seat. It’s time to get married.”

I watch Rachel dig in her backpack and will my incapacitated diaphragm to remember its sole purpose in life. When she walks toward me, I take a moment to admire her long legs. She smiles, and then her lips are moving. Oh God. I’ve never hated my lungs so much in my life. I cough and manage to inhale. I swear I smell vanilla mixed with... sunshine? I don’t know how to explain it. It’s an odd combination, but on her it works. She sits in a desk next to me and stares like she’s waiting for me to do something. Her eyes remind me of chocolate. She’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.

“I’m sorry, what?” Thank you, vocal cords. Thank you for working and not making me look like an even bigger jackass.

“Hi, what’s your name?” she repeats, drawing out each word.
Shit. I wipe my hands on my jeans again. What’s that word people use to get my attention? That thing inside my head needs more oxygen to work properly. I take a deep breath.

Vanilla. Sunshine.
“James.” I manage to smile, but it probably looks like the same face I made that time Gran mixed up the salt with the sugar in her apple pie. Rachel looks confused. The teacher starts speaking again and I’m grateful for the distraction.

“All right, class. Let’s get into our project. As I mentioned before the break, the senior Economics project is based on real life. You will each be assigned a partner and the two of you will become a couple. You’ll spend the next five months dealing with budgets, jobs, bills, pretend families, and so on. I will place you in different socio-economic classes and you’ll see how that affects the jobs you can find, the houses you can afford and the opportunities you have in life. I’ll throw in some twists here and there too. Now, let’s partner up and get hitched.”
She counts off pairs around the classroom and ends up on my row of desks. “Alicia and Scott. Cori and Mike. Rachel and James.”

Holy shit. I love this class. I love this desk. I love this assignment.

“Stand up and slide your desks back to make space in the middle of the room.” Mrs. Mason grabs a basket off her desk and passes a Ring Pop to each guy in the room. “Gentlemen, please unwrap your rings, stand before your brides and repeat after me:

“I, state your name, take thee, state your bride’s name, in pretend matrimony. I promise to be true to our grade for better or worse, in sickness and in health, as long as we both shall graduate.”

I slide the Ring Pop on Rachel’s finger and make an effort to not jerk my hand back. Sparks didn’t actually fly, but I wasn’t expecting her skin to feel so soft. So good. I’ve never been pretend married before, but I already know I can never give another girl a ring again. I’m a senior in high school and I’m ruined for life. I want to get married for real and have her babies. I mean, make her have my babies. Shit, who am I kidding? I’d have her babies if she asked me to.

“Okay, let’s get the desks back in order and I’ll hand out your packets with all of your information. We’ll review them together and you can start looking for houses.”

I slide my desk back up, bringing it slightly closer to Rachel’s. She puts her hair in a ponytail but a few shorter tendrils fall around her face. Fuck, did I just say tendrils? This is not good. I’ve made it seventeen years without having a girlfriend, and now I have a pretend wife and I’m using sissy words. What’s next? I clear my throat and take a deep breath.

“Let’s try this again. Hi, I’m James. It’s nice to meet you.”
